jus woke up =.=

jus now around 11.30 my house phone rang

den keep ring ring ring but i still unwilling to wake up and pick up

,still ringing then i no choice loh quickly run outside jus to pick up the phone

very short distance.....but i feel my heart racing lik hell =.=

lack of exercise??or because jus wake up??
